Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Knight Ops Productions, LLC, concerning your access to and use of our video production services.

2. Service Provision

Knight Ops Productions, LLC agrees to provide video production services as outlined in the specific service agreement or quote provided to the client. This may include pre-production planning, filming, editing, and delivery of final media assets. Timelines for deliverables will be estimated in the project proposal.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure project success, the Client agrees to provide timely access to required locations, brand materials, approvals, and decision-makers. The Client represents that they own or have the right to use all materials (images, text, trademarks, music, and footage) provided to Knight Ops Productions, LLC for production purposes.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise specified. All fees for services are non-refundable once production work has commenced. Third-party production expenses (including permits, talent, studio rentals, and licensing) are billed as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the specific creative content and deliverables generated during the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Knight Ops Productions, LLC retains the right to use non-confidential project excerpts for portfolio and promotional purposes unless restricted by a signed non-disclosure agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. The Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Knight Ops Productions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or project opportunities.
